New White Collar Exemption Regulations

Earlier today, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas granted summary judgment in favor of the state of Texas and a coalition of business organizations, striking down the Department of Labor’s regulations mandating significant increases to the salary basis for white-collar employees.
